Meet Shamel
Shamel Nazareth grew up in the Kingdom of Bahrain and came to Boca Raton, Florida, to pursue his passion for aviation. A graduate of Lynn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science and Professional Pilot, Shamel’s career has taken him through nearly every side of the industry, from flying for aircraft owners and corporations to becoming a flight instructor. With over 1,000 hours of flight experience, he has operated a variety of aircraft and went on to serve as a professor of aeronautics at the same university where he began as a student.
Today, Shamel works in aircraft sales and brokerage while continuing to fly and stay hands-on with the airplanes he represents. When he isn’t selling airplanes, you’ll usually find him flying or spending time around aircraft.
Outside of aviation, Shamel is an outdoorsman at heart and enjoys fishing, diving, hiking, rugby, and fitness. He also values giving back to the community and staying connected to the people and places that have helped shape his journey.
